Discount Code Terms and Conditions

Discount codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Promo codes that offer a percent off cannot be combined with other percent off promo codes. Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Promo codes are not valid in store for purchase. Certain products are excluded from promo codes. See the specific details of the promo code for excluded products. To apply a promo code, you must enter it prior to completing the order. Milou Palm Beach reserves the right not to process orders where it determines that the promotional code used is invalid for the order being placed. Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified. Limit one promotional code per customer account. Promotional codes may be used only towards the purchase of qualifying items and are applicable only to new orders placed on the website. The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer. If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes and shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount. If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement and any item is cancelled after submitting the order, which results in a total purchase price less than the minimum purchase requirement set forth in the offer, the promotional discount originally applied to the order is null and void and the resulting purchase amount is due. The promotional code is not transferable and may not be resold. Promotional codes may not be exchanged for cash, credit or Gift Certificates. If you return items purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit. Promotional codes may not be combined with any other offer or promotion.
